Working as part of a small team in a fast moving environment, you will contribute to the successful running of the store by maintaining stock displays, providing first class service to our customers and ensuring our high company standards are maintained at all times.
You'll be responsible for supporting and working with the branch management team to ensure the effective and profitable running of a busy retail unit, delivering first class customer service, maintaining company standards and motivating the team.

Life as a Regional Manager in Birthdays brings daily challenges to drive and motivate your area team of approximately 5 Area Managers and 100 stores.
